Hi friends, let’s get to the ads!
The generation gap 🐑
We’ve spotted this ad everywhere this week, from hundreds of thousands of views on TikTok to YouTube and beyond.
Some are calling it crazy. Some are calling it the weirdest spot they’ve ever seen. We’re calling it genius, entertaining, funny, and just a downright pleasure to watch.
2024 is starting hot. And before you press play, yes, it’s an ad for lamb.

A pretty great transit ad from who else, but the Bible App. They’re walking on water over how this one turned out.
The big meeting 📅
Anyone up for a song and dance number from Slack? The spot centers around that dude in the office who insists that his next meeting MUST be a massive production, reflected in the song and dance in the ad, while his co-workers on the other hand show that Slack tools are all you need to get the job done.

The break up ⛳️
This week's big news in the ad world is Tiger and Nike parting ways after a quick 27-year marriage that included $500 million in payments and billions of dollars in sales generated.
The big takeaway: “Yes, there will certainly be another chapter.”
We’ll leave you this week with the famous Swing Portrait ad from Nike and Tiger, which was released almost two decades ago.
